This course will focus on the Criminal and Internal Representation of members involved in Shooting situations and the Civil Liability of Officer Involved Shootings. The class is designed to inform and update officers and supervisors on the rights of officers, duties of the investigators and procedures when an officer or witness becomes involved in a line of duty shooting involving death or injury.

Poker runs benefitting WPB Officer Keith Gorski. Officer Keith Gorski is still hospitalized from an on-duty accident, the day before Thanksgiving, when a car struck his motorcycle. This benefit, sponsored by the Law Enforcement Assistance Foundation (LEAF), is to aid the officer and his family during his recovery.
