The 2013 FOP Legislative Day on the Hill is scheduled for March 14th in Tallahassee. It is more important than ever that we have as many members as possible to attend.

Governor Scott and legislators in both the House and the Senate have already begun their assault on our pension benefits and the only way we are able to defend ourselves is for members to participate in the legislative day on the hill as well as by staying involved throughout the legislative session.

We currently have 20 rooms booked at the Wingate Hotel in Tallahassee for March 13th and the 14th. All rooms will be double occupancy. If you are available to attend, please email Brother Edgar Burroughs at FOPED@yahoo.com no later than by February 15th.

Once I know what members will be attending, I will provide them with a schedule of activities.
